Scope of Work

1)MEETING WITH CLIENT

*Understanding the demands of the clients.
*To provide accurate and suitable visual for client to judge and make the final decision on interior projects.
*Collected the data which is delivered by client in detail.
*The conversation and discussion form an important role within it.

2)DESIGNED AND DRAWING LAYOUT PLAN (INCLUDING 3D PERSPECTIVE)

*Prepare the design base on a few point such as:

a. Grasp the demands of the clients
b. Understanding the space and
c. Understanding the limited conditions

3)GET READY WITH QUOTATION AND PRESENTATION

*Present the design to client with computer 3D full colour perspective drawings. It is clearly to show the interior zoning, colour selection and design theme.

*Furthermore, the itemize quotation provides a clear budgetary view for client. From the presentation, clients know that what is their money paying for.

4)CONFIRMATION AND ACTUAL SITE MEASUREMENT

*Prepare final perspective drawings, colours and materials selection, and official document to form a project.

*Taking more accurate measurement for construction, which is slightly different from floor plan in S&P agreement.

5)INSTALLATION AND COMPLETION

*Make arrangement for installation in schedule.
*Managed the installation at site till final completion done.
